The course 5 -week course will cover use of a baton in combat, comparison of the types of batons available, and discussion of practical and legal issues. The subjects covered apply to regular and expandable batons. Open to all students, no prior experience is necessary. Purchase of a $7 training baton is required. No other equipment or fees (other than cost of course) needed.
